About Eugene Weekly Gives

For more than 40 years, Eugene Weekly has helped connect our community — telling its stories, sharing what’s happening and shining a light on the people and organizations working to make Lane County a better place.

We’ve always wanted to do more for the nonprofits doing so much for our community.

Eugene Weekly Gives puts that into action — using Eugene Weekly’s reach to help local organizations find new supporters and attract volunteers. Modeled after successful newspaper-based giving programs in Oregon and around the country, Eugene Weekly Gives brings a proven idea home to Lane County.

Through the online and printed Do Good! Directory and Eugene Weekly’s print and digital reach, we’ll help participating nonprofits get seen, get supported and do more good. Learn more!

About Eugene Weekly Gives

For more than 40 years, Eugene Weekly has helped connect our community — telling its stories, sharing what’s happening and shining a light on the people and organizations working to make Lane County a better place.

For years, we’ve wanted to do more to support the incredible work of local nonprofits. We envisioned an affordable, accessible program that would use Eugene Weekly’s reach to help organizations of all sizes find new supporters and expand their impact.

Eugene Weekly Gives is our way of putting that idea into action.

Inspired by successful newspaper-based giving programs in Oregon and around the country, Eugene Weekly Gives brings a proven idea home to Lane County — connecting local nonprofits with people and businesses who want to support them.

Through the online and printed Do Good! Directory and Eugene Weekly’s print and digital reach, we’ll help participating nonprofits build visibility, attract support and connect with more people who want to get involved.

Because a strong community depends on strong local organizations — and we want to help them do more of what they do best.
