About Eugene Weekly Gives

For more than 40 years, Eugene Weekly has helped connect our community — telling its stories, sharing what’s happening and shining a light on the people and organizations working to make Lane County a better place.

For years, we’ve wanted to do more to support the incredible work of local nonprofits. We envisioned a program that would be affordable and accessible to organizations of all sizes, while using Eugene Weekly’s reach to help them tell their stories, find volunteers, connect with donors and raise support.

Eugene Weekly Gives is our way of putting that idea into action.

Inspired by successful giving programs elsewhere in Oregon, Eugene Weekly Gives brings nonprofits, businesses and individuals together in one place — making it easier to discover the organizations doing good work here and find meaningful ways to support them.

Through the print and online Do Good! Directory, Eugene Weekly’s annual Giving Guide, and promotion across our print and digital platforms, we’ll help participating nonprofits amplify their missions and reach more people who want to get involved.
